It’s time for you to discover and make sustainable lifestyle changes.

The promises we make, but don’t seem to keep, are usually the ones we make to ourselves. We say we are going to lose weight, exercise more, or change a lifestyle habit, but for some reason we don’t follow through.  Perhaps we feel overwhelmed, don’t know where to start, or have tried many things – but nothing seems to stick, and we are exhausted by the effort we put forth.  We are upset with ourselves, feel discouraged, and use negative self-talk, only to repeat the cycle of going down the rabbit hole.

Motivation, willpower, and setting a goal are simply not enough to sustain long-term change.  Instead, science has proven that the way you think, your mindset, is actually what most affects your decisions, actions, and ultimately your results. Together, we will identify unhelpful thought patterns that derail progress, and will focus on creating small shifts that bring the big results that you have been wanting. We will work through common pitfalls with dependable strategies that support the building of habits and routines that lead you to success, a greater sense of well-being, and to your best self.  

My coaching approach is direct, collaborative, and genuine, with relational engagement that acknowledges the complexities of being human, while empowering new ways of thinking to optimize well-being and elevates your best authentic self.

Individual and Group coaching is offered.

Individual Coaching

Within the coaching relationship, it is expected that you are willing to do the work necessary for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.  Each session will involve an assignment for the next session.  If you have questions and/or concerns please feel free to reach out.

What you can expect:

  • Nine (9) – 45 - 60 min.  1:1 sessions, over a 3-month period, with in-person/phone/video calls and texts/emails throughout with the coach.

Your investment: $1,200 (payment plans available)

Group Coaching

 

You can grab your besties and/or family members to set up your own group, or be willing to join others, where you will have built in accountability partners, shared experiences, an opportunity to develop friendships, and find collaboration with new ideas. Group coaching offers a supportive environment, with the opportunity to learn from others who have like-minded challenges and goals. You also benefit from the collective wisdom of the other group participants, as well as the coach.  Group coaching is usually more affordable than individual coaching.  There will be a limited number of group participants. 

This option is also available for businesses. For a customized plan, contact me.

It is expected that all group members be willing to commit to attending all the sessions and participate in the discussions, while understanding that you will be on your own journey of wellness and behavior change. Within the coaching relationship, it is expected that you are willing to do the work necessary for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.   • 9 – 90 min. group sessions, over a 3-month period, with periodic individual meetings, texts, and emails with the coach.
