Hi, I’m Judy Rooney,
Founder of Once Upon a Habit Coaching. Drawing on my background as a clinical social worker and behavioral health therapist, I work with women in the second half of life who are navigating transitions and ready for what comes next.
My approach centers on values-based living, meaningful habit-building, and the mindset shifts that help you uncover what's keeping you stuck, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater confidence and well-being.
Through individual and group coaching, corporate training, and community workshops, I'm here to help you build a life that feels genuinely aligned and your own.

Through my signature mindset coaching, utilizing the Feel Good Effect framework, I’ll guide you through a set of practices and approaches that involve small shifts in mindset, daily actions, and habits that will support the promises you make to yourself.
